These bearings are designed with crossed roller elements arranged in a crisscross pattern between inner and outer rings.

Cross tapered roller bearings are capable of handling both radial and axial loads simultaneously, making them suitable for various applications, including machine tools, industrial robotics, rotary tables, and aerospace equipment. Their design allows for high rotational accuracy and stiffness, enabling precise positioning and motion control.

Note: 

1.The calculation of the load is based on 90x106 revolutions (the bearing is made of case-hardened steel).  

2.The limit speed depends on the bearing preload, fit tolerance, bearing heat dissipation conditions, etc. The limit speeds listed in the table are reference values under circulating oil lubrication conditions.

Depending on the rotational speed and application conditions, the desired preload can be achieved by adjusting the spacer.

We can also provide crossed tapered roller bearings with other structural forms, such as the combined structure of two outer rings and a double raceway inner ring, which are suitable for occasions requiring the rotation accuracy of the inner ring.
